Where is the Mexican energy transition headed?

چکیده
This article focuses on the analysis of energy transition (ET) that has manifested itself in Mexico during this century, which occurs context a political ups and downs marked by changes between two ruling forces with very different objectives. The results show how established broad regulatory framework to carry out said transition, but practical execution TE not had expected effects, especially terms reducing pollution, despite increase amount obtained cleaner technologies.
